The Future Of Postdoctoral Education

SPIRE has created a national model that demonstrates a successful holistic approach to postdoctoral development. One hundred percent of graduated SPIRE Fellows, a total of 30 to date, have obtained the career placement of their choice upon completion of the program. SPIRE enables Fellows to exit as:

    SPIRE's partnership with eight of North Carolina's historically minority universities allows undergraduates to learn more about the science profession and to become comfortable in the laboratory. They benefit from:
